Advancing Technology Workforce Innovation and Economic Impact with The Knowledge House

Our Challenge

As The Knowledge House (TKH) approached its tenth anniversary, they turned to Purple Haus to reset their communication strategy, amplify stories of impact and innovation, and position the organization for future growth. We helped reengage supporters across regions, share progress on their pivot toward AI, and reignite momentum behind their mission to close the economic divide through on-ramps to tech careers.

Our Approach

Over a six-month engagement, Danielle Kristine Toussaint served as TKH’s fractional Chief External Affairs Officer, working closely with the CEO and senior leaders to build a comprehensive external communications and engagement strategy anchored to the anniversary milestone.

  • Assessed existing marketing systems and brand positioning, then delivered strategic recommendations to address short-term gaps and long-term needs.

  • Provided embedded day-to-day support across external affairs while driving long-range planning with executive staff and consultants.

  • Partnered with external-facing leaders to evolve brand messaging that clearly reflected TKH’s vision for innovation, growth, and community impact.

  • Led executive communications and content curation, weaving TKH’s AI and tech-forward strategy into all public messaging and positioning the CEO as a national thought leader.

Our Impact

Our partnership with The Knowledge House evolved their communication and brand messaging strategy, setting them up for future growth as they marked their 10th anniversary and beyond. By refining their messaging strategy we helped TKH effectively convey their mission and innovative work.

  • Reengagement of partners and funders during the tenth anniversary campaign and renewed support for their mission

  • Refreshed brand messaging that communicated their vision, impact, and leadership in AI-ready workforce solutions.

  • Successful curation of cultivation events and programming that positioned their thought leadership and innovation in the broader ecosystem.

  • Solid foundation for launching new revenue-generating initiatives, positioning them for sustainable growth and community impact.

Purple Haus was an invaluable partner in shaping our growth strategy and messaging. They helped bring our impact story to life. I was grateful to have Danielle on the journey as we celebrated our tenth anniversary year.
